Willis-Knighton does not collect or keep your credit card information. You may also register by calling (318) 212-8225 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except holidays). Charges due must be paid in advance and credit card information cannot be taken over the phone.

Note: For classes eligible for a refund, the refund policy requires you to call at least one week in advance to cancel. Refunds will be issued, less a $10 administrative fee.

"WK Quit" Tobacco Cessation Program
  A group behavioral change program that meets weekly for one hour for four to five sessions. Program addresses readiness, preparation, actually quitting and relapse prevention.
   
Feel Better, Eat Right: Education In Nutrition
  This group is for patients and caregivers. It is designed to help them find resources and information on food and general nutrition that will be of value before, during, and after treatment. Reservations required, includes lunch.
