Willis-Knighton does not collect or keep your credit card information. You may also register by calling (318) 212-8225 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except holidays). Charges due must be paid in advance and credit card information cannot be taken over the phone.

Note: For classes eligible for a refund, the refund policy requires you to call at least one week in advance to cancel. Refunds will be issued, less a $10 administrative fee.

"WK Quit" Tobacco Cessation Program
  A group behavioral change program that meets weekly for one hour for four to five sessions. Program addresses readiness, preparation, actually quitting and relapse prevention.
