Hands-only CPR: Two Steps to Save a Life
This interactive session teaches the Hands-Only, without mouth-to-mouth breaths, CPR method. Participants will learn how to perform chest compressions to the beat of the Bee Gees' hit "Sayin' Alive." The classic disco song has more than 100 beats per minute, which is the rate you should push on the chest during Hands-Only CPR.
