Postnatal Abs

A common concern for many new moms is getting rid of the "postpartum belly." Resuming intense exercise too quickly is detrimental to restoring the body to its pre-pregnancy state. Correct exercise technique and body alignment will help your body heal and get those muscles working properly again. Learn through demonstration and discussion:

* How your abdominals change during pregnancy

* What is "Diastasis recti," and how to check for it

* How posture can affect your core restoration

* Five safe and effective exercises to help "flatten the belly" and restore the core without crunches

Fitness Center membership is not required.
