WK Pregnancy Fit

This 60-minute total body conditioning class for expectant
and postpartum moms is the ultimate "head-to-toe" workout to help you prepare for the "sport of motherhood."
Interval programming includes cardio, strength training,
core and pelvic floor conditioning, yoga based cool down and an active relaxation segment.

Mark your calendar and plan to join a 5-week session.

Fitness Center membership is not required to participate.

Physician clearance is required to participate.

Please bring a yoga mat with you for the class.
