|Bring your infant with you for a gentle yoga class. This 60-minute session runs for 5 weeks and focuses on the needs of a new mother. This session includes: gentle core work, overall body toning, and rejuvenating yoga postures.
You will interact with your baby during class, share some mama/baby yoga poses and participate in infant massage. This is a place where your baby can be free to nurse, nap, play and bond with you.
Babies are welcome in the Mommy Baby Yoga until they are crawling.
Physician clearance is required to participate.
Please bring a yoga mat with you for the class.
